Hi SPENGA Fam! I'm a Bay Area native, growing up in Oakland and now raising two boys in Danville. I grew up playing sports and fell in love with exercise and nutrition. I have been in the fitness industry for the last decade as a trainer and instructor. My passion for nutrition  led me to get my Master's in Holistic Health and Nutrition. I'm so excited to be a part of this amazing SPENGA Crew and help you reach your goals and unlock your potential! You truly are so much stronger than you think - physically and mentally!!

Christina Rodriguez

A Fitness Professional for decades, I am passionate about helping people on their journey to health
AND wellness. SPENGA has given me the perfect platform for cardio, strength and recovery. Oh, and I love music and dogs!

Kara Rapp

Hi, I'm Kara! An inspired and sometimes crazy coach at SPENGA Danville. I have four years of fitness experience, but my favorite part of each SPENGA session is definitely SPIN. I'm a devoted fitness enthusiast who takes great pleasure in helping people progress on their wellness journey. I have a deep deep love for the Foo Fighters and all types of music, often sharing new tunes with her friends. But my heart will always have a special place for good old rock n roll. Growing up in a a small town on the shores of Lake Shasta, I value her roots and embrace the lessons small town life taught me. Interestingly, I learned to navigate boats before even driving a car. I cherish my loving husband, children, and adorable dog, Finn, who holds a special place in my heart. I am passionate about motivating others and bringing fun to each of my SPENGA sessions!

Larry Bril

I'm living proof that anything is possible, getting to full health after suffering from a mild stroke due to an unhealthy lifestyle. 
I love teaching at SPENGA because this is where I find my strength, my flow and my inner peace! I enjoy teaching here because everyone feels like family and I love the vibes of the SPENGA community.

Kari Kleist

I am thrilled to join the SPENGA Fam! Originally from Wisconsin, I've been in the Bay Area for over 15 years. I recently moved to Walnut Creek and fell in love with the SPENGA workout, combining cardio, strength and flexibility. With a gymnastics and dance background, health and fitness are lifelong passions. Outside of the studio, you can find me playing pickleball, golfing, hiking and travelling. I've explored over 30 countries, including living in London and Barcelona! More adventures await!
 
I love all music genres, but expect to hear a lot of pop, country, 80s and 90s in my classes. I'm excited to help you crush your goals on your wellness journey!

Riana Hanle

Hi! My name is Riana Hanle and I grew up in California. I have been teaching
fitness for more than 20 years. I hold certifications in yoga, nutrition, and many specialized fitness modalities. I am currently teaching indoor cycling, boot camp, HIIT, TRX, and barre at several gyms in the Tri-Valley area, but my favorite place to teach is Spenga. You will hear a great mix of today’s top hits and remixes and a few blasts from the past. You will leave my session feeling exhausted and proud of yourself for giving it your all; excited and motivated to come back.
SPENGA's signature 1-hour session that combines 20 minutes of heart-pumping Spinning, 20 minutes of circuit-style strength training, and 20 minutes of revitalizing yoga, to deliver the Best. Workout. Ever!
