Hi, I'm Kara! An inspired and sometimes crazy coach at SPENGA Danville. I have four years of fitness experience, but my favorite part of each SPENGA session is definitely SPIN. I'm a devoted fitness enthusiast who takes great pleasure in helping people progress on their wellness journey. I have a deep deep love for the Foo Fighters and all types of music, often sharing new tunes with her friends. But my heart will always have a special place for good old rock n roll. Growing up in a a small town on the shores of Lake Shasta, I value her roots and embrace the lessons small town life taught me. Interestingly, I learned to navigate boats before even driving a car. I cherish my loving husband, children, and adorable dog, Finn, who holds a special place in my heart. I am passionate about motivating others and bringing fun to each of my SPENGA sessions!
