Hi SPENGA Fam! I'm a Bay Area native, growing up in Oakland and now raising two boys in Danville. I grew up playing sports and fell in love with exercise and nutrition. I have been in the fitness industry for the last decade as a trainer and instructor. My passion for nutrition  led me to get my Master's in Holistic Health and Nutrition. I'm so excited to be a part of this amazing SPENGA Crew and help you reach your goals and unlock your potential! You truly are so much stronger than you think - physically and mentally!!

  • REP/REVIVE
  • This 40 minute session is half circuit-style STRENGTH training and half revitalizing YOGA flow.
