1. What was your incentive to join SPENGA? 
 
“I needed to find a new gym after the one I had been using closed. I checked out several different places and felt that SPENGA had just what I was looking for. I really like the combination of spin, strength and yoga. I think it offers the best workout routine for me. I joined in December 2021 with a goal of losing weight and improving my overall fitness. Since joining I have had great success and exceeded all the goals I set for myself.”


 
2. What's your favorite part about SPENGA? 
 
“Excellent personal trainers who really care. They go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals no matter what fitness level you are at. I really like how they give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. I’ve been going for a little over 8 months and I am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body. I was able to lose 40 lbs of weight and I have never felt better. I look forward to every workout and feel amazing when I leave. The gym is always very clean and the parking is easy. I like that it is smaller and has a more personal feel. It’s been a life changing experience for me.”

 

Question 3: What is your fitness goal that you want SPENGA to help you achieve? 

“My initial goal was to lose weight and get back to a good level of fitness after being away from the gym for a while. My goal now is to maintain a regular fitness routine that I enjoy. I want to maintain my current weight, build more muscle, improve my endurance and increase my overall flexibility.”
