2. Why SPENGA?


I love the workout in each format separately, but put them all together and magic happens! 


3. Fess up, RIDE, REP, or REVIVE? Which is your fave? 


RIDE! I love to be on the bikes. 


4. What's your favorite modality to teach? (Spin, strength or yoga, or both, or all)! 


I love teaching spin and strength most! I feel one with the crew when we’re dancing on our bikes together, and strength allows me to look closely at everyone’s form and get back to my resistance training roots! 

 

5. What's your go-to music or playlist? AKA What's your fave pump up song!


Right now my favorite pump-up-song is “like a boy” by Ciara! Anything hip hop with a really strong beat I will enjoy :))


6. Fun fact about you and your fitness experience?


A lot of my passion for movement is due to my background in dance! I danced at the college level for about 4 years and have experience in ballet, modern, hip hop, jazz and theatre.  


7. What made you get involved in fitness or instructing?


Partially due to my dancing all growing up, but I also started weightlifting at age 12 and fell in love with the way working out made me feel. 


Nowadays my goal is for everyone to feel welcome in workout spaces regardless of gender, size, or experience- everyone can WERK! 


8. Where can we find you when you are not at SPENGA?


You’ll find me studying for college, cooking a meal, or still working out- most likely taking my partner's group fit classes. 


9. What is your fave go-to snack/meal after a SPENGA werkout?


Avocado toast with gluten free bread! :))
